Text

In addition to any other statutory provisions requiring confirmation by the Senate of officers appointed by the Governor, including Section 1322, the appointment by the Governor of any officer, or any member of a board or commission, whose salary is provided for by Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 11550) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of this code is subject to confirmation by the Senate. This section shall not apply to any officer, or any member of a board or commission, whose manner of appointment is provided for in the Constitution.
