The general partnership filing fees are the following:
(a)Filing a statement of partnership: Seventy dollars ($70).
(b)Filing a statement of dissolution for the purposes of canceling a statement of partnership: No fee.
(c)Filing any other partnership statement pursuant to this chapter, unless another fee is specified by law or the law specifies that no fee is to be
charged: Thirty dollars ($30).
