Text
The Secretary of State shall charge and collect the following fees for certification:
(a)Certification of a document: Five dollars ($5).
(b)Certificate of status or filing: Five dollars ($5).
(c)Certificate of information: Ten dollars ($10) if the request is communicated in writing, and five dollars ($5) if the request is communicated by
another medium authorized by a rule adopted by the office of the Secretary of State.
