Text

The budget submitted by the Governor shall contain a statement on the estimated growth of property tax revenue for the fiscal year, and specific detail as to the assumptions upon which the estimate is based and any other information used to develop the estimate. The budget shall also include data on the effect of the growth of property tax revenues on state subventions for school districts.
