§ 100725. — 100725. (Added by Stats. 2019, Ch. 38, Sec. 10.)

California·Code GOV Government Code - GOV·Title 24. TITLE 24. Minimum Essential Coverage Individual Mandate
(a)The Exchange may, in consultation with the Franchise Tax Board, promulgate rules and regulations to implement this title.
(b)The Franchise Tax Board may, in consultation with the Exchange, promulgate rules and regulations to implement this title to the extent that those regulations do not conflict with regulations promulgated by the Exchange pursuant to subdivision (a).
(c)Until January 1, 2022, any rules and regulations necessary to implement this title may be adopted as emergency regulations in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act (Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2). The adoption of emergency regulations shall be deemed to be an emergency and necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safet
