§ 80001. — 80001. (Amended by Stats. 2022, Ch. 16, Sec. 5.)
For purposes of this division, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
(a)“Department” means the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation.
(b)“Program” means the Bank on California Program.
