Text
No certificate of revocation of a bank shall become effective unless such certificate of revocation is filed with the Secretary of State with the commissioner’s approval endorsed thereon. Promptly after the certificate of revocation becomes effective, such bank shall file with the commissioner a copy of the certificate of revocation certified by the Secretary of State.
