The following constitutes Fish and Game District 11:
The waters and tidelands of San Francisco Bay to high-water mark bounded as follows: Beginning at the extreme westerly point of Point Bonita; thence in a direct line to the extreme westerly point of Point Lobos; thence around the shore line of San Francisco Bay to the foot of Powell Street; thence in a direct line northwesterly to Peninsula Point, the most southerly extremity of Belvedere Island; thence in a direct line westerly to the easternmost point of the ferry
dock at Sausalito; thence southerly and westerly around the shore of San Francisco Bay to the point of beginning.
