§ 8530. — 8530. (Amended by Stats. 2023, Ch. 43, Sec. 3.)
“Licensed adoption agency” means any agency licensed by the department to provide the adoption services specified in paragraphs (9) and (10) of subdivision (a) of Section 1502 of the Health and Safety Code.
