Text

The members of the board shall serve for terms of four years and until the appointment and qualification of their successors. The terms of the members of the first board appointed by the board of supervisors shall divide themselves by lot and one member shall serve for a term of one year, one member shall serve for a term of two years, one member shall serve for a term of three years, and two members shall serve for a term of four years.
