A nonprofit cooperative association accounts to producers on a patronage basis when it accounts to each producer for his share of the net proceeds derived from the marketing operations of the association, according to quantity and quality of fluid milk and fluid cream furnished to the association for marketing and according to any marketing pools and quotas established by the association.
