Text
By reason of the climatic conditions and other factors which relate to the production of grapes in such counties, no marketing program shall be applicable to grapes in Sonoma, Napa, Mendocino, Lake, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Alameda, San Benito, Solano, San Luis Obispo, Contra Costa, Monterey, and Marin Counties, or any of them.
