Text

Prior to the issuance of any marketing order by the director pursuant to this chapter, the director may require the applicants for the issuance of the marketing order to deposit with him such amount as he may deem necessary to defray the expenses of preparing and making effective such marketing order. Such funds shall be received, deposited, and disbursed by the director in accordance with the provisions which are set forth in Article 10 (commencing with Section 58921) of this chapter.
