Text

Except as provided in regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter, until each such shipment or delivery of garlic or onions for dehydration purposes has been weighed and samples have been taken for inspection purposes, it shall be unlawful for any person to transfer garlic or onions from one lot, load, or container to another, unless each such lot, load, or container is owned by the same grower.
