Text
Any person or any common carrier may refuse to accept for shipment or transportation, and may refuse to ship or to transport, any canned fruit, including olives, which upon inspection are found to be, or to be packed, in violation of this chapter. Any such person or common carrier may reserve the right in any receipt, bill of lading, or other writing which is given to the consignor, to reject for shipment or transportation and to return to such consignor, or to hold at the expense and risk of the consignor, all canned fruit, including olives, which upon inspection are found to be, or to be packed, in violation of this chapter.
