Text

It is unlawful for any person to deliver to a processor or for any processor to accept delivery of any load of tomatoes which has been rejected for failing to comply with the standards established pursuant to this chapter, until the load has been reconditioned to comply with the standards, reinspected, and a certificate issued by the proper enforcing officer.
