Text

The director may, for the purpose of inspection, enter any place where processing tomatoes may be found. The director may take for inspection samples as may be necessary to determine if any uncertified lot, load, or container of processing tomatoes complies with the standards established pursuant to this chapter. The director may subject samples to any method of inspection or testing as prescribed by regulation.
