UHT flavored cream is market cream to which nonfat dry milk solids derived from market milk have been added, which contains harmless flavoring or syrup, or any combination of harmless flavorings or syrups, and harmless edible stabilizers as specified in Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations and harmless stabilizing salts. It is homogenized, processed, and packaged pursuant to Section 39701.
