Text

It is unlawful for any person knowingly to ship, or for any carrier for hire knowingly to receive for shipment, any margarine, dairy spread, or spread unless it is labeled in conformity with this chapter and shipped and receipted for in its true name, or unless it is in transit between foreign states.
