Butter which is received in this state by brokers, jobbers, and other persons that receive butter in cubes, tubs, firkins, or other bulk packages shall be labeled with all of the following:
(a)The name and address of the manufacturer.
(b)The date on which the butter was manufactured.
(c)The original lot or churn number.
