Ice cream mix, frozen yogurt mix, frozen dairy dessert mix, and frozen dessert mix are unfrozen products that are used in the manufacture of ice cream, frozen yogurt, frozen dairy dessert, or frozen dessert. They shall have been pasteurized and comply with all the requirements for ice cream, frozen yogurt, frozen dairy dessert, or frozen dessert, respectively.
