Text

All labels which are required by Section 36001 shall be in capital letters of a size and boldness as to be legible by the purchaser or consumer. If the available space on any cap, bottle, or container for such labeling is not sufficient for the full name of the distributor, then a sufficient portion of the distributor’s name which clearly identifies such distributor may be used in lieu of the entire distributor’s name.
