Text
The director shall, at least once each month, report to the State Controller the total amount of any money which is collected for fees, penalties, judgments or otherwise. He shall, at the same time, pay into the State Treasury the entire amount of the receipts. The receipts shall be credited to the Department of Agriculture Fund.
