Text
The director shall establish by regulation, requirements for the slaughter of animals and inspection of pet food, to insure that it is wholesome, untainted, not adulterated, properly labeled, and fit for pet food, and for the handling and disposal of condemned meat or meat byproducts to prevent their use as human or pet food.
