§ 11456. — 11456. (Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 60, Sec. 4.)

The director may do all of the following:
(a)Adopt regulations that are reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this code that the director is required or authorized to administer or enforce.
(b)Enter upon any premises to inspect the premises or any plant, appliance, or thing that is on those premises.
(c)Notwithstanding any other provision of law, and except as provided in subdivision (d), provide, by rule or regulation, for the issuance and renewal on a two-year basis of licenses, certificates of registration, or other indicia of authority issued pursuant
to the provisions of this code that the director is required or authorized to administer or enforce.
(d)Adopt regulations for the issuance and renewal of licenses and certificates for pest control operations. On or
