Text
It is unlawful for any person, unless he has a license to do so, to engage in the business of manufacturing, freezing, or processing any of the following:
(a)Oleomargarine, or margarine, colored oleomargarine or colored margarine, renovated butter, or a substitute for butter.
(b)Imitation ice cream or imitation ice milk.
