California·Code ELEC Elections Code - ELEC·Div. 21. DIVISION 21. STATE AND LOCAL REAPPORTIONMENT·Ch. 5. CHAPTER 5. Congressional Districts
This chapter shall remain in effect only until a new map of congressional districts is certified by the Citizens Redistricting Commission pursuant to Section 2 of Article XXI of the California Constitution and, as of that date, is repealed.
