Text

(a)The elections official shall preserve the list of new resident voters voting pursuant to Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 3400) of Division 3 for 22 months from the date of the election.
(b)This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2027, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute that is enacted before January 1, 2027, deletes or extends that day.
