“Revenues” means and includes any and all fees, rates, rentals, and other charges received or receivable in connection with, and any and all other incomes and receipts of whatever kind and character derived by, the regents from the operation of a project or arising from a project, including any such revenue as may have been or may be impounded or deposited in any sinking fund, redemption or reserve fund, or other fund created for the security of revenue bonds or for the purpose of providing for the payment of revenue bonds or the interest on revenue bonds.
