To the extent and in the manner provided in the indenture or in a resolution authorizing the issuance of notes, all revenues received from the operation of any project acquired or constructed by the board under the provisions of this article shall be transmitted by the board at least once in every calendar month, to the Treasurer. On order of the Controller, the Treasurer shall deposit the revenues in the State Treasury to the credit of the California State University Dormitory Revenue Fund, which fund is hereby created. Moneys in the California State University Dormitory Revenue Fund shall be used to pay the costs of operation and maintenance of the projects authorized by this article, including refunds authorized by Section 90069, to provide the amounts required for interest and redempti
