(a)
(1)As a condition for its voluntary participation in the Cal Grant Reform Act Program, each Cal Grant participating institution shall annually report to the commission, and as further specified in an institutional participation agreement, both of the following for its undergraduate programs:
(A)Enrollment, persistence, and graduation data for all students, disaggregated by race and financial aid recipient status.
(B)The job placement rate and salary and wage information for each program that is either designed or advertised to lead to a particular type of job or advertised or promoted with a claim regarding job placement.
(2)The institutional participation agreement shall not be subject to the requirements of the Administrative Procedures Act (Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 1
