Text

The Superintendent of Public Instruction shall determine at the time of each apportionment the proposed receipts and expenditures of funds under the provisions of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (20 U.S.C. Sec. 1400 et seq.). In the event that the proposed distribution of funds results in funds not being expended, those funds are hereby reappropriated for reallocation for local entitlements for special education. This section shall become operative July 1, 1984.
