For each school district which receives a grant or allocation pursuant to this article, commencing with the fiscal year next succeeding the fiscal year in which the grant or allocation was received, and for each fiscal year thereafter, the Controller shall compute an amount equal to one cent ($0.01) on each one hundred dollars ($100) of the assessed valuation of property within the district. The Controller shall, during the next fiscal year following that in which he or she makes the computation pursuant to the preceding sentence of this section, deduct the amount so computed in equal amounts from each of the February, March, April, and May installments of the apportionments made to the district from the State School Fund under Sections 41330 to 41343, inclusive, and Sections 41600 to 419
