§ 9911. — 9911. (Added by Stats. 1978, Ch. 567.)

California·Code CORP Corporations Code - CORP·Div. 2.·Title 1. DIVISION 2. NONPROFIT CORPORATION LAW·Part 5. PART 5. TRANSITION PROVISIONS
(a)The new public benefit corporation law applies to all corporations which are incorporated on or after January 1, 1980, under Part 2 of this division or which are expressly governed by Part 2 pursuant to a particular provision of this division, Division 3 (commencing with Section 12000) or other specific statutory provision.
(b)The new mutual benefit corporation law applies to all corporations which are incorporated on or after January 1, 1980, under Part 3 of this division or which are expressly governed by Part 3 pursuant to a particular provision of this division or Division 3 (commencing with Section 12000) or other specific statutory provision.
(c)The new religious corporation law applies to all corporations which are incorporated on or after January 1, 1980, under Part 4 of this
