Text

A foreign association which has transacted intrastate business in this state prior to the effective date and which is required by Section 2105 of the new law to obtain a certificate of qualification from the Secretary of State shall not be subject to any direct or indirect penalty as a result of failure to obtain such certificate of qualification if the certificate of qualification is obtained no later than four months after the effective date.
