California·Code CORP Corporations Code - CORP·Div. 3.·Title 1. DIVISION 3. CORPORATIONS FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES·Part 9. PART 9. CABLE TELEVISION CORPORATIONS
Any person who willfully and maliciously does any injury to any property of a cable television corporation is liable to the corporation for three times the amount of actual damages sustained thereby, to be recovered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
