A corporation shall report to the program manager, or his or her designated representative, all statistical and other reports required by this chapter and Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 63088) of Division 1 of Title 6.7 of the Government Code, including responses to audit reports, budget requirements, and other information relating to the establishment, monitoring, and suspension or termination of a corporation.
