California·Code COM Commercial Code - COM·Div. 16. DIVISION 16. EFFECTIVE DATE AND TRANSITION PROVISIONS
Nothing in this division shall have the effect of (a) reviving a cause of action barred by limitation before January 1, 1993, or (b) applying Section 3118 or 4111 on limitation of actions to an action commenced before January 1, 1993.
