If, after hearing pursuant to this chapter, an order excluding the participant from the program site is issued, the program operator may, without further notice, take possession of the participant’s dwelling unit on the program site. The program operator shall have the same rights to the dwelling unit as if it had been recovered after abandonment in accordance with Section 1951.3 and without objection of the participant. If other participants, including the defendant participant’s
family members, reside in the dwelling unit, the abandonment shall be deemed only to affect the rights of the individual or individuals against whom the order was issued.
