Within seven days after receiving a final civil court judgment filed against the licensee or any officer, partner, member, manager, qualified manager, or employee of a licensee for an amount of more than five hundred dollars ($500) pertaining to any act done within the course and scope of his or her employment that may be in violation of this chapter, the licensee or his or her
qualified manager shall mail or deliver to the chief a copy of the judgment. A violation of this section may result in a fine of twenty-five dollars ($25) for the first violation and one hundred dollars ($100) for each subsequent violation.
