Text

(a)The bureau shall report each month to the Controller the amount and source of all revenue received pursuant to this chapter and shall pay the entire amount thereof into the State Treasury for credit to the Private Security Services Fund.
(b)All moneys paid into the Private Security Services Fund pursuant to subdivision (a) shall be used for the purposes of this chapter.
