§ 2570.7. — 2570.7. (Amended by Stats. 2018, Ch. 490, Sec. 4.)

(a)An applicant who has satisfied the requirements of Section 2570.6 may apply for examination for licensure in a manner prescribed by the board. Subject to the provisions of this chapter, an applicant who fails an examination may apply for reexamination.
(b)Each applicant for licensure shall successfully complete the entry level examination for occupational therapists or occupational therapy assistants, such as the examination administered by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board, or the American Occupational Therapy Association.
