For the purposes of this article, “club” also means any association of livestock, or livestock-allied businessmen, joined together as a nonprofit corporation, registered as such in the State of California. The organization of the group shall be for the sole purpose of social activity. Such a group shall own, lease, or maintain a club room or rooms for its membership. Such a club may sell and serve alcoholic beverages only to its bona fide members and their bona fide guests.
