A.The director may conduct an examination or investigation and take action authorized by this title or by a rule adopted or order issued under this title to administer and enforce this article and other applicable law, including the bank secrecy act (P.L. 91-508; 84 Stat. 1114) and the patriot act (P.L. 107-56; 115 Stat. 272).
B.Persons whose activity is regulated under this article shall provide, and the director shall have full and complete access to, all records the director may reasonably require to conduct a complete examination or investigation. The records must be provided at the location and in the format specified by the director. The director may use multistate record production standards and examination procedures when the standards reasonably achieve the requirements of this
