A. The authority is governed by a board consisting of the following members who must reside within the boundaries of the authority: 1. Six members representing the county government of each county in the authority. The governor shall appoint two members, the president of the senate shall appoint two members and the speaker of the house of representatives shall appoint two members. 2. Four members who reside within the authority. The governor shall appoint two members, the president of the senate shall appoint one member and the speaker of the house of representatives shall appoint one member. Of these members:

(a)One member shall have experience in youth and professional sports.
(b)One member shall have experience in the tourism and hospitality industry.
