A.The department shall establish and collect fees for applications, initial licenses and renewals of the following:
1.Event wagering operator licenses.
2.Limited event wagering operator licenses.
3.Management services provider licenses.
4.Supplier licenses.
B.If actual costs incurred by the department to investigate the background of an applicant exceed the fees pursuant to subsection A of this section, those costs may be assessed to the applicant during the investigation process. Payment in full to the department shall be required before the department issues a license. The department may require event wagering operators, limited event wagering operators and suppliers applying for licensure to post a bond sufficient to cover the actual costs that the department anticipates will
