Text

A.The board may divide the area of jurisdiction into two or more zones, the boundaries of which shall be described in a resolution adopted at a hearing held pursuant to subsection C.
B.The board may alter the boundary lines of any previously established zone or zones pursuant to subsection C.
C.Before establishing zones or altering their boundary lines, the board shall fix a date for a hearing, which shall be not less than twenty-one days nor more than forty days from the date of the resolution. Any interested citizen may appear at the hearing and be heard on any matter relating to the reasonableness of establishing the zones. Notice of the hearing shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the area of jurisdiction and zone and
