A.The voter shall indicate the candidate for whom he votes or the question or proposal for or against which he votes by writing in the space to the right of the name of the candidate, question or proposal the number of votes he casts.
B.The right of a person to vote may be challenged. On being challenged, the voter shall be sworn and examined as to his qualifications. If the election judges are satisfied as to the qualifications of the person to vote, he shall be permitted to vote. A voter whose name does not appear upon the election register may be sworn as to his qualifications as an elector and his right to have his name placed on the register, and if the election judges are satisfied as to the qualifications of the elector and as to his right to have his name placed upon the electio
