A.A certified copy of the statement of results as entered on the records of the board of directors shall be made by the secretary and filed in the offices of the board of supervisors of each county in which a part of the district is located.
B.The secretary of the district shall immediately give the persons elected as directors a written notice thereof. Such persons within twenty days after receiving the notice shall take and subscribe an official oath to perform the duties of the office to which they were elected and file it with the clerk of the board of supervisors of the county in which the district was organized. The persons elected directors shall at such time execute an official bond in the amount of three thousand dollars with sufficient surety to be approved by the judge of the
