§ 48-2688 — Statement of results of election; certificate of election

A.The secretary of the board of directors shall, as soon as the result is declared, enter in the minutes of the board a statement of the result, which shall show:
1.The whole number of votes cast in the district, and in each precinct thereof, if there is more than one precinct.
2.The names of the persons voted for.
3.The office for which each person was voted for.
4.The number of votes cast in each precinct for each candidate.
5.The number of votes cast in each division for the office of director.
B.The board of directors shall declare elected the persons receiving the highest number of votes returned for each office. The secretary shall immediately make out and deliver to each person elected a certificate of election, signed by the secretary and authenticated with the seal of
